Types of Collaborative Cohorts
SEEDing Stronger Together specializes in building three different types of Collaborative Cohorts.
Convening Cohorts focus on the initial steps of building a collaborative impact project. This phase brings together a diverse group of people and organizations around a central theme, such as a unifying social issue or a geographic neighborhood. The intent is for convening cohorts to get know one another, build trust, identify additional stakeholders and explore the possibilities of what can be done stronger together.
Learning Cohorts equip established networks with whatever tools needed to lead collaboratively. Trainings are tailored for each cohort to strengthen effective communications, deepen trust, and utilize optimal strategic planning and evaluation tools. Communities that learn together become unstoppable!
Working Cohorts get the job done. As mutually reinforcing, joint strategies are implemented, the SEEDing Stronger Together team facilitates the building of strong programs and ensures that collective goals are accomplished (and celebrated). SEED Impact reports reveal credible, life-changing results that might otherwise be hard to quantify. Organizations, cohorts, investors and whole communities benefit.
